I am an experienced financial services and insurance professional, covering various aspects of general management, business development, bancassurance and broker management, business operations, risk management, compliance and regulations, and strategy. I am a Certified Public Accountant, a Certified Risk Specialist, a Chartered Member of the Chartered Institute for Securities & Investment (CISI), and I recently passed the Green and Sustainable Finance qualification from the Chartered Banker Institute.

My mission is to enable clients to expand their footprint, promote opportunities, and grow their business in the Middle East by leveraging my extensive network and deep understanding of the region, built over two decades of relationships with financial institutions, business groups, and family offices.

In addition to my extensive background in the insurance industry, I am now placing a strong emphasis on green and sustainable finance, particularly in the areas of banking, insurance, and sustainable investing. With the GSFP qualification, I am well-equipped to guide organizations in adopting environmentally responsible practices and investments. This focus aligns with the global movement towards sustainability and positions my clients to take advantage of emerging opportunities in green finance, ensuring they remain at the forefront of industry developments.

I am also passionate about continuous learning, mentoring, and knowledge-sharing, and I frequently participate as a resource speaker in regional conferences and professional organizations.

Additionally, I am the Chairman of the Philippine Business Council LLC(G) in Qatar and an Investment Promotions Partner of the Philippine Economic Zone Authority for the Middle East and Europe, supporting and nurturing business opportunities between the Philippines and Qatar.
