Job Description:
We are looking for a detail-oriented and highly organized Paraplanner to support ourfinancial advisors in providing top-tier service to clients. This role is ideal for professionalswho are analytical, client-focused, and eager to contribute to a dynamic, fast-pacedfinancial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Prepare accurate and compliant financial reports, client recommendations, and investment proposals.
Assist in developing and maintaining client financial plans.
Conduct product, fund, and market research to support advisory recommendations.
Liaise with financial advisors and clients to gather data and clarify objectives.
Ensure all documentation meets regulatory requirements and internal compliance standards.
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of financial products, tax regulations, and industry trends.
Manage and update CRM systems and client records.
Qualifications:
Previous experience as a paraplanner or in a similar financial services support role.
Solid understanding of financial planning principles and investment products.
Strong research and analytical skills.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
High attention to detail and accuracy.
Proficiency in financial planning software and CRM systems.
