Don Black arrived in Marbella in the early 1980s, when the Costa del Sol was still a hidden gem.
Having spent childhood summers in Costa de la Luz, his love for Spain began early, eventually leading to his family’s relocation and a lifelong connection to Spanish property investment and expat life in Andalucía.

Don began his career with a small, family-run real estate agency in Marbella, eventually helping to launch one of the region’s first British-backed developments. A pivotal remark from the CEO at the time still resonates:
